Case List Criteria

The Case List Criteria enable you to quickly change the Case List display. Criteria settings are collected and saved as views.

There is always one saved view in operation at any time.

To see the saved view currently in action open the Case List Criteria.

You can edit the saved views and create new ones. See Configure criteria for details.
