Add contact to case
You add a contact to a case at the Contacts tab. You are actually:
- connecting an existing contact to the case, or
- creating a new contact in the Company List and connecting it to the case.
To start the process of adding a customer to a case click the New icon at the case's Contacts tab.
Thus, the first step is to search and check whether the contact, its location or its company already exists in the Company List.
The search function has advanced options so that you can restrict the search results to active companies, contacts and/or locations.

Remove contact from case
Similarly, when you remove a contact at a case by clicking the Delete Contact icon at the case's Contacts tab you are only removing the connection between the contact and the case. See Remove contact from case.
