Case Manager enables you to add your own custom fields to the database in order to customise the system and meet your business requirements.

You can add custom fields to:
- the case itself at the Custom fields tab
- case contacts in the Contacts tab
Custom fields appear in a number of places in Case Manager. A customisable system ensures that they are only available at appropriate cases and visible to/editable by appropriate users.
