Reminders window

If a reminder was set for a task assigned to you and it has not been completed yet, the Reminders window will pop up to let you know when its reminder date+time has been reached.

This window will also pop up when you start Case Manager and you have tasks with reminder date+times that have been reached or exceeded.

You can display the window at any time by selecting View > Reminders Window from the main menu. 

Most of the functions in the Reminders window are similar to those you may have seen in other task and reminder applications.

  1. The task title, due date information and the name of the client are displayed.
  2. When the client is a member of a company that has a name, this is displayed along with the client name in brackets, as highlighted below.

  3. You can perform some simple grid functions at this list, such as sorting, filtering and choosing column headings, by right-clicking a heading.
  4. You can see details of the selected task at the bottom of the window.
  5. Click Open Item to open the task.
  6. Click Mark Complete to mark the task as complete and clear the reminder.
  7. Click Dismiss to dismiss the task. This clears the reminder by turning its reminder off, but it does not mark the task as complete.
  8. Click Dismiss All to dismiss all the selected tasks in this window.
  9. Click Snooze for to re set the reminder for a period of time that you select.
