Key Highlights
New Features
| Calendar & Scheduler |
My Calendar gives you Day, Week (a Monday to Friday condensed week or the full week), Month and the new Agenda view, plus a collapsible mini calendar. The Scheduler lets practice managers see every consultant and room on a single grid, with six layout options, drag-and-drop rebooking and status filtering. |
| M365 Outlook Calendar Sync |
Case Manager appointments now flow automatically into each employee’s Outlook calendar. Create, reschedule or cancel in Case Manager and Outlook stays in sync, with a sync confirmation icon and one-click resync. Available for M365 and SSO customers. |
| Case Manager Web Refresh |
The web client has been modernised with a refreshed visual design and new personal options: view density (Comfortable, Normal, Compact), three colour palettes (Warm Parchment, Bright Ink, Cool Slate), adjustable font size and dense table rows. Preferences are saved per user, under your avatar → User Options. |
| Multi-Window Support |
Pop emails, invoices, task details and tools such as Search, Reminders and the Invoice Generator out into their own browser windows. Work across multiple monitors without losing what you’ve typed, and see in real time when a colleague is editing a document. |
| Microsoft Graph Email |
All email sending across Web, Windows and Mobile now uses Microsoft Graph, replacing EWS before its October 2026 retirement. Nothing changes in how you send email, and mobile users can now apply MAM policies. Administrators: a one-time admin consent is required in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Your Case Manager representative will guide you through it. |
