Estimates can be printed from the Estimate tab or as part of Word or formatted text documents.
- To print a simple list of the estimate and its components, click the print button.
Estimate merge fields
You can create your own document templates that contain estimate merge fields. This enables you to quickly create customisable reports containing estimate details.
Summary information for the current estimate, such as the goal and total charge, can be included via merge fields in text document templates.
More detailed estimate information can be included in Word document templates via the tabular estimate merge fields highlighted below.
You can customise the information in the estimate table by clicking the + button next to Estimate Item List Fields. See Customising lists and tables for instructions.
