Custom reports

It is possible to create new reports designed for specific business requirements. Once created, users with permission to see them will find them listed amongst the standard reports available after selecting View > Reports from the main menu. A custom report is identified by (custom) at the end of its name:

As with other reports, you can apply style sheets to the report output then preview and save to PDF format. You can also export the report output as CSV and text files as required.

Custom reports are created by Case Manager support or, if you have SQL skills, by using the custom report utility in the Windows version of Case Manager.
