Changing your Case Manager login password
The following does not apply to users that sign in using SSO.
Within Case Manager
To change your password log in to Case Manager with your usual password.
Select Tools > Change Password from the main menu.
- Enter your existing password.
- Enter the new password
- Enter the new password again.
- ClickSave Changes.
Note that your new password will have to conform to the system password rules, see Security settings.
Outside Case Manager
If you forget your password and cannot log in you can change your password through the login screen if this has been set up in tour system. See User forgets password for details.
