Is the hide inactive workflows button set on at the top of the list?
You cannot delete a workflow template if it has previously 'created' a workflow instance in the system. Instead you should make it inactive.
This error tells you that when you tried to complete a workflow-generated task, Case Manager found that the next workflow step was assigned to a team system role. However, no team had been set for this case and there was no fallback employee, so the new task could not be created. Hence you could not complete and save the first task.
To fix the problem simply assign a team to the case or add a fallback employee to the workflow step.
