Case Manager app

Introduction

The mobile app provides a version of Case Manager that is utterly mobile and customised for small screens.

However, it is not just a cut-down web application running on a phone. It has been developed from the ground up to address the security, performance and usability issues for software running on mobile phones.

The new app triumphs overs these challenges to deliver a suite of well-designed features that are secure, easy to use and perform well.

The app's focus is enabling consultants to work more efficiently when they are on the road.

Software releases

The app was first released with Case Manager version 5.2. The latest version of the app requires that you have also upgraded your entire system to Case Manager version 6.1.

If your system remains at version 6.1 you cannot access the latest functions, for example adding costs. However, the new security functions apply, i.e. passcode login and timeout security. See Software versions for details.
