What's new?

The latest version of the mobile app is version 6.1.

This release enables login using Microsoft credentials and hence, MFA (Multi-factor authentication).

In the app you can now:

  • Add and edit costs with full estimate functionality
  • Link costs and documents
  • Send SMS text messages using full Case Manager functionality and receive replies
  • This uses a third party cloud service (rather than your mobile data) so there is a small charge per SMS.

  • Receive email notification about SMS replies *
  • Select email and SMS recipients by case role
  • Search the Case List screen
  • Search case contacts, documents and costs
  • Display Case Flags at cases*
  • Use pinch-to-zoom gestures to zoom in/out of images
  • Copy and paste case contact details

The features identified by * require Case Manager 5.4.0.267 or greater.

Software versions

The latest version of the Case Manager software is also version 6.1.

The Case Manager app consults with your Case Manager system in order to access and update your database.

So you need to upgrade your entire system to 6.1 in order to access all the latest features of the app:

  • Your Windows/web Case Manager software should be upgraded to version 6.1.
  • The features identified by * above require Case Manager 5.4.0.267 or greater.

  • You should also update your app to version 6.1 through the App store or Google Play Store, as appropriate.
