Inactive contacts, locations and companies
Companies, locations and contacts can individually be made inactive.
This does not remove them from the system or disconnect them from cases.
It simply makes it possible to:
- eliminate them from search results using advanced search settings when adding contacts to a case.
- eliminate them from display in the Company List grid using the Company List Criteria.
This streamlines the process of adding contacts to cases.
