Sign in to Case Manager
There are two ways to sign in to Case Manager:
- Entering your username and password
- Signing in with a Microsoft account
This is the standard method.
Logon accounts are set up at the Employee List.
Simply enter your logon information and click Sign in.
This convenient method provides the additional security of multi-factor authentication (MFA).

- If the Forgotten password option has been switched on, you can click Forgot Password to securely reset your password.
- If your computer is your own, you may choose to store your login details in the browser.
