Report options
There are several ways that you can report on the information in Case Manager, including:
- customising grids to report on what is most important to you.
- using the Case Manager standard reports for the most common business needs.
We call these ad hoc reports because they can be created 'on the fly', as necessary.
Alternatively, any reporting tool compatible with Microsoft SQL Server can be used to create reports. We will not cover this here.
