Cases
You access a case by selecting it from the Case List.
This section of the site focuses on what you can do at the case.
The section is divided into separate sub-sections for each case tab:

The menu on the right shows you every page in this section.
The case section specifically covers what you can do at a case level. For many topics, you will also find more general, system-wide information elsewhere. For example, the Documentation tab section here covers what you do with documents at a case while the Docs section of the site covers general document information, including setting up system-wide document templates and merge fields.
