Exercise 1

1. Click the Task list button on the tool bar.
2. From the task State dropdown list, select All tasks.
3. In the Employee field, click the X . This will select all employees.
4. Click the Column chooser button . Click and drag the Late Reason Completion bar from the column chooser and drop it in the column headings.
5. In the Late completion reason column heading, click the top right hand corner's small filter icon and select (Custom). Select Does not equal from the dropdown list at the left and leave the field at the right empty. Click OK.

This will filter out those tasks that do not have a reason for their late completion.

6. Click the Export to Excel button to export this information to an Excel file.
