At the Case List (left hand side of the screen) click the filter icon. In the empty row under the column headings enter Adams underneath the Client column heading, see Quick filter.
Alternatively, you could sort the list alphabetically by client name, which we didn't cover in the program, see Sort grid.

When adding a case, what is the field you must enter that links to documents, costs, charge codes, invoices and more?
It's the case category.

Where is the best place to store all of the phone numbers, addresses and emails for the people involved with your case?
In the case's Contacts tab, where there is a separate record for each of these people, see Contacts and cases.

For one of your cases you've forgotten the name of the person referring the client to you and also the referral date. How could you find these in Case Manager?
Click the case's Contacts tab and locate the contact with the role of Referrer.
Click the case's Case Details tab and locate the date in the middle Referral section.

Why would you click this icon at the Case List?
You want to change which cases are displayed in the Case List and/or the case information that is displayed.
You might want to select an existing set of filter and column specifications, i.e. a saved view, or you might want to create a new set, either temporarily or permanently, see Case List Criteria.
Question 6
At the Case List you need to quickly list just the Allianz cases. How can you do that?
As you saw in Case information, cases are linked to contacts and these contacts have one or more roles in the case.
Here you want to see cases where the Bill To contact's company is Allianz.
If the Bill To company is already displayed in the Case List you can use a quick filter to show only the Allianz cases.
Alternatively, open the Case List Criteria. In the Filter tab, filter for Allianz as the Bill To company. In the Columns tab locate and open up the Contact - Bill To section. Locate Company Name and add it to the selected columns. Click
