Exercise 1

1. Select View > Tasks from the main menu.
2. From the task State dropdown list, select All tasks.
3. In the Employee field, select -------. This will select all employees.
4. Select any column of dots in a column heading and then Columns to locate the column chooser. Tick Late completion reason.
5. In the Late completion reason column heading, select the column of dots and then Filter. Select Is not empty from the first dropdown list and click Filter.

This will filter out those tasks that do not have a reason for their late completion.

6. Click the Export to Excel button to export this information to an Excel file.
